Product Return
- Products that are purchased directly from Homebiotic.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of shipping for a refund, excluding any shipping & handling costs.
- Refunds do not include shipping charges, including costs incurred with free shipping offers.
- We do require an RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) to process returns, please use the form below to submit a RMA request.
- If you send a return without an RMA, we’re not going to know that it was sent back, and no action will be taken. Please be sure to get an RMA confirmation before sending a return.
- All product returns must include a tracking number.
- Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Home Biome Test Kits are nonrefundable once they have been opened, due to the potential for swab contamination.
- If you have already opened the product and used it according to the application protocol but have not yet achieved your desired results, please contact Customer Support for product assistance before requesting a return.
- Refund requests for buyers remorse or other indeterminate reasons may be eligible for partial refunds, or may be assessed a re-stocking fee, and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
