PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Products that are purchased directly from Homebiotic.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of shipping for a refund, excluding any shipping & handling costs.
  • Refunds do not include shipping charges, including costs incurred with free shipping offers.
  • We do require an RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) to process returns, please use the form below to submit a RMA request.
  • If you send a return without an RMA, we’re not going to know that it was sent back, and no action will be taken. Please be sure to get an RMA confirmation before sending a return.
  • All product returns must include a tracking number.
  • Returned items must be unopened. If you have already opened the product and have not yet achieved your desired results or were otherwise unsatisfied, please contact Customer Support for product assistance.
  • Refund requests for indeterminate reasons may be eligible for partial refunds, or may be assessed a re-stocking fee.
  • Product Refund & Return terms are subject to change without notice.
